TWSS Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep mobile application, a subscription-based nuclear medicine board exam preparation tool for NMTCB and ARRT certification candidates. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

By using Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Information You Provide
When you create an account or subscribe, we may collect your name, email address, and subscription status. Payment information is processed securely through Apple's App Store — we never store payment card details.

Information Collected Automatically

Device type and operating system version
App usage data (questions answered, scores, study time, domain progress)
Crash reports and diagnostic data
Subscription and purchase history via Apple StoreKit

What We Do NOT Collect

Protected Health Information (PHI) — no patient data of any kind
Precise GPS location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone data
Biometric data or social media profile information

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Provide, maintain, and improve the App and its question bank
Process and manage your subscription through Apple's In-App Purchase system
Personalize your study experience — track progress, surface missed questions, calculate domain mastery
Send important service communications (subscription confirmations, policy updates). We do not send marketing emails without your opt-in
Analyze anonymized, aggregated usage trends to improve question quality and App features
Respond to support requests and comply with applicable law

3. SUBSCRIPTIONS & PAYMENTS

Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep is a paid subscription app at $4.99 per month. All payment processing is handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We have no access to your credit card number, bank account, or other financial credentials.

To cancel your subscription:

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions
Select Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep and tap Cancel Subscription

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share limited information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

Apple Inc. — App distribution, payment processing, and crash reporting
Google LLC — Google Sheets is used for live question bank updates only. No personal user data is stored in or transmitted through this integration
Analytics — anonymized, aggregated App Store analytics only. No personally identifiable information is included

Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect our rights or investigate fraud.

Business Transfers

In the event of a merger or acquisition, we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. DATA RETENTION

We retain your account information and study progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Anonymized, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

6. DATA SECURITY

Data transmitted between the App and our systems is encrypted using TLS/SSL
Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
We regularly review and update our security practices

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep is designed for adult healthcare professionals and students preparing for nuclear medicine board certification. The App is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

8. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
Deletion — request deletion of your personal information
Portability — request a copy of your data in a portable format
Opt-out — opt out of any future marketing communications

9. CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a CCPA request, contact us at l8rdesigns@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Nuclear Medicine Boards Prep is operated from the United States. If you access the App from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated policy in the App with a new effective date and notify you via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
